The magic pill

I stumbled upon yet another nice blog post. This time by the renown dietician Virginia Messina. Check our her take on the damage exaggeration does to the promotion of plant-based diets.

I for one definitely agree that we must be vary and not sell a plant-based diet as a miracle cure with no potential dangers. We need to be mindful of what we eat vegan or not. Let's stay true to science and keep an open mind together! :)

  1. Plant based diet is good upto the point where it is done in moderation. The excess of everything is bad so the dietician should keep in mind that they should suggest a belanced diet.
