What to wrap in a yummy vegan wrap? Wrap.

 Our choice of the day starts with chopped fresh cabbage and some roasted and spiced champignon musrooms.
 Next, we add paprika (bell pepper), avocado and cucumber slices, and bits of tomato.
Here come the zucchini+flour patties!
 Next, some sauces. Home made cashew+garlic+rucola cream and some tomato sauce for me. Whereas Anna chooses mustard over tomato sauce.
 Sprinkling some seeds and nuts (sunflower, sesame and pumpkin) on it.
Fresh spinach!!! And nutritional yeast! OH YES.
AND.... A delicious wrapped wrap is ready to unwrap in your stomach. :) Bon apetit!
