From peach shortcakes to not posting for two months.. :O What has become of this world we live in? Anyway, time has come to finally post an update on what we're up to.
Since our last post quite some has happened, I'll try to include some of it here. Firstly, there's still no change in the status of our Geocoin. Hopefully it did not get lost. :O
First stop, we went on a short two-day trip to the West coast. Some great wild landscapes, geocaching and sleeping in an old bunker that was converted into a free outdoors shelter for travelers. Here's Anna photosynthesizing before during a banana break:
Later in May we finally visited one of the local landscapes here, in Nørresundby - Lindholm Høje, a viking burial site which is now occupied by a herd of friendly sheep. We even got to witness a birth of two lambs, which were walking about in just 20 minutes after entering this world. Survival, huh?
I also attempted to make eggplant pizzas. Let's say that I'm not ready to reveal the recipe just yet.. It was OK, though. But still work in progress..
And, to finish this post, I'll share a picture of one of the best dumpster diving hauls of May:
Yep, you're not seeing things - we actually found perfectly fine asparagus and two boxes of sweet golden bananas, besides the other treasures..
